This clip is based on true life story, starring a guy named Raul Bacalzo and a call center agent named Catherine Rossana (hope i'd spelled it correctly). This has been around the net for the past couple of years and I just heard this one two weeks ago (I think) while I'm tuned in Magic 89.9, Mo Twister let me discover this. Enjoy their conversation!
